Lindsey Miller, the founder of The Admissio Group, is a highly skilled Agile Program Management professional with extensive experience in leading complex IT projects. Her ability to communicate effectively has been instrumental in fostering strong stakeholder relationships and leading diverse teams to exceed expectations. Lindsey’s hands-on approach and expertise in project management have made her a respected leader in her field, where she continues to drive innovation and efficiency.

Born and raised in the historic Nauck Community in Arlington, Virginia, Lindsey has always been connected to her roots. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University and has earned several professional certifications, including PMI Professional in Risk Management (RMP) and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM). Her technical background, combined with her leadership skills, has positioned her as a strong advocate for career development and workforce transformation.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lindsey is a devoted mother and wife with a deep passion for helping disadvantaged communities. Her commitment to social impact led her to establish The Admissio Group in 2019. While working in Suitland, Maryland, she dedicated her free time to volunteering at UCAP, a program that provides housing for homeless individuals, recently released inmates, and adults with mental health challenges. This experience reinforced her dedication to serving those in need and inspired her to build an organization focused on creating meaningful career opportunities for others.
